My France Photographical Competition (the promotion)

1. All entries to the France Yes You Can - My France Photographical Competition (the promotion) are free of charge. You must register at www.holidayfrance.org.uk/myfrance in order to enter the competition. Please follow the instructions on this website to submit your entry.

2. You may submit more than one photograph in the competition, however only one person per household may win a prize.
3. All entrants will be entered into a free prize draw in order to determine the prize winners.
4. All photographs submitted in the promotion will become the property of ABTOF (The Association of British Travel Organisers to France) and will be available for their use on this website and in alternative marketing materials.
5. All entries must be received by Friday 29th February 2008. Entries received after this date will be published in the 'My Gallery' section of this website and may be published in the 'Public Gallery' section of this website but will not be eligible for entry into the free prize draw.

6. The prizes available to entrants in the free prize draw are as follows:
1 x Seven night family holiday with Eurocamp for 2 adults and up to 3 children
? A choice of any Eurocamp site in France (Subject to availability)

There is no cash alternative available and the prizes are non-transferable.

7. All entrants must be a resident of the UK, over the age of 18 years and hold a valid UK passport at the time of entry and the time of travel. No employee of ABTOF, their members or associates may enter this promotion. Entries received in bulk or via third parties will not be considered.
8. The draw will be made by an independent adjudicator.
9. The adjudicator's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winners will be notified by email on or before 7th March 2008. Emails will be sent to the email address specified by the 'My France' member. No responsibility will be taken by the promoter for communication which does not reach the intended recipient.
